Susie Wang wins best U11 at Terafinal

In an outstanding performance, Susie Wang picked up £1000 to win the best U11 prize at the UK Chess Challenge Terafinal at Loughborough.

This is the first time in the 20 year history of the event that a girl has won this prize. Previous winners include today's top juniors and top grandmasters such as David Howell!

Overall West Nottingham players performed well at the event. The scoring is 3pts for a win and 1pt for a draw, so all scores out of 18.
